All underground services are complete. All staircases are installed. Bathroom waterproofing is complete, and tiling is in progress. Internal fixing is underway….

We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Davis.
– External walls cladding and rendering 95% completed
– Internal walls plastering 100% completed
– Window glazing 90% completed
– Tiling to wet areas will commence this week
– Lifts installation to commence this week
Current construction progress is looking good, there is a chance that the builder might achieve practical completion in early June 2019.
If this is the case, this might bring settlement forward to take place in late June or Early July 2019.
