• Wall frames for all townhouses have been completed, marking progress in our infrastructure.
• Framing inspection is the next step, ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Scaffold installation is scheduled for later this week, prioritising worker safety and site efficiency.
• Roof batten and sheet delivered, currently installing.
• Lock-up procedures to commence shortly, securing townhouses against external elements and preserving the integrity of our workmanship.
