We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.
The following is the progress of the works to date:
– Roofing installation at 90% completion
– Brickwork installation to the ground floor is at 90% completed
– Electrical and hydraulic rough-in is currently at 90% completed
– Heating and cooling installation at 50% completed
– External cladding installation on top level 100% completed
– Solar panels for hot water units are installed on the top roof
