Highmont, July 2022
We are pleased to share the construction progress for the Highmont project.
The following is the progress of the works to date for the Highmont project:
- – New services connection 90% completed
- – External render and cladding 90% completed
- – Tiles and flooring 75% coverage installed
- – Internal fitting & fixture 30% installed
- – Landscape to be commenced soon
We are slightly ahead of the schedule. Project completion is now forecasted to be achieved by September 2022. Settlement is anticipated to be around mid-October 2022.
Please note that the above timings are estimated.
The exact date of settlement can not be confirmed until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered with the Titles Office, the Certificate of Occupancy achieved, and settlement is called.
