We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for Eastbridge.
The appointed builder has completed some sewer works at the rear of the property in preparation for the construction of the new townhouses.
Hoarding fence and temporary power to site is currently underway.
There are a few authority and council approvals that are still pending approval before the builder can commence construction of the basement.
Majority of the purchaser changes are finally confirmed and already documented in the working drawings.
The project team is currently finalizing their building permit drawings and ensuring building codes compliances are met.
The developer is eager to get the construction underway as soon as possible.
