We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on-site to date for Cascade.
The demolition works are progressing well and are due to complete soon.
We have secured Goldnest Construction as the project builder, they have completed several projects similar in size and are more than capable to deliver this project in a timely manner. We will be preparing the construction contract for signing and building permit in the coming weeks.
Emails with the latest planning permit were sent to purchasers last week.
