Carrington Hill, September 2021
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on-site to date for Carrington Hill.
Construction is already 98% completed and the builder is doing their final touches. The building team are in preparation to return to the site subject to government notices.
We are now expecting the settlement to be in late October or early November subject to the council’s inspections and the lifting of construction site restrictions.
