Progress achieved on site for Alfreda, Glen Iris, June 2017 Purchaser Update
The builder has completed bulk excavation for the basement and currently working on the plumbing before they proceed on to the shotcrete walls and basement slabs. We are pleased to attach photos taken from site this week, showing the progress of the ground works to date. Construction completion is anticipated to be by end of Feb 2018 with settlement to take place approximately 2 months after that.
