We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Davis.
Construction at The Davis is continuing to progress well with completion now anticipated for July. This is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
We will continue to provide you with regular construction and timing updates leading up to settlement.
Current status of works on site are:
– Tiling to wet areas 100% completed
– Lifts installation 70% completed
– Stair installation 85% completed
– Painting to Internal walls 60% completed
– External landscaping works 50% completed
– Joinery installation to commence this weekend
– Floor coverings installation has been scheduled to commence in 2 weeks time
