The Davis, July 2019
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Davis.
Construction at The Davis is continuing to progress well with completion anticipated to be achieved by 24 July. This is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays.
We anticipate settlement to be in around early to mid-August. Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
Current status of works on site are:
– Lifts installation 100% completed
– Stair installation 85% completed
– Painting to Internal walls 100% completed
– External landscaping works 70% completed
– Joinery installation 60% complete
– Floor coverings installation has been scheduled to commence soon
– Appliances installation due to commence in early July
