We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Davis.
– Electrical and plumbing roughing in at 90% complete.
– Internal framing 95 % completed. Plastering to commence soon.
– External cladding and rendering underway at 60%.
– External ground works underway.
– Window frames all in. Glazing installation to commence next week.
– Lock up stage is anticipated to be achieved by end of March.
With the current construction progress, practical completion is anticipated in July 2019 and settlement is anticipated to take place in August 2019.
