The Avenue, May 2022

We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.

The following is the progress of the works to date:

• External cladding – 95% completed
• Internal plasterboard installation 60% completed
• Internal staircase – 20% completed
• Waterproofing to wet areas – 20% completed
• Tiling to wet areas to commence soon
• Landscaping works will commence in early June

Project completion is now forecasted to be achieved by late July to early August 2022.

Settlement is anticipated to be around late August/early September 2022.
