The Avenue, May 2021
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.
The following is the progress of the works to date:
– In ground plumbing work is completed.
– Formwork for concrete slab is completed.
– Concrete slab pour is underway and will be completed in a week’s time.
– Structural steel framing is anticipated to commence next month.
Construction completion is currently anticipated to be by Quarter 2 of 2022.
