The Avenue, June 2022
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.
The following is the progress of the works to date:
- Internal plasterboard installation – 90% completed
- Internal staircase – 90% completed
- Waterproofing to wet areas – 20% completed
- Tiling to wet areas 40% completed
- The driveway is anticipated to be poured by the end of the month. Landscape works to commence after.
Project completion is now forecasted to be achieved by August/ September 2022.
