The Avenue, Feb 2022
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.
The following is the progress of the works to date:
– Roofing and windows installation at 90% complete
– Brickwork installation to the ground floor is at 80% completed
– Electrical and hydraulic rough-in is currently at 70% completed
– Heating and cooling installation underway · External cladding to commence soon
Project completion is forecasted to be achieved by July 2022.
