The Avenue, April 2022
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for The Avenue, Croydon.
The following is the progress of the works to date:
– Brickwork and roofing installation completed
– Electrical and hydraulic rough-ins completed
– Heating and cooling installation are 45% completed
– External cladding installation to the first floor 80% completed
– Insulation installation is 80% completed
– Plasterboard installation is to commence in early May
– Landscaping works are anticipated to commence from mid-May
Project completion is now forecasted to be achieved by late July 2022.
