We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on-site to date for Rosebank.
Current status of works on site are:
– Internal joinery 95% completed
– Fittings and fixtures 95% completed
– Floorboards are installed. Carpet installation to commence soon
– External landscape works to commence soon
If you require bank valuation, please book them to come in between 6 to 8 November. We will confirm the date one week in advance.
Settlement is anticipated to be triggered sometime in late November 2019. Subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
We anticipate settlement to be before Christmas 2019.
