Rosebank, March 2019
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for Rosebank.
External cladding to the first floor is currently underway. Lock up stage is anticipated to be achieved by the end of March.
From there, the builder will concentrate on getting the interior works underway
From current progress, we anticipate construction completion in July with settlement to follow in Aug /Sept 2019.
