We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on site to date for Rosebank.
Construction completion is anticipated for July. This is subject to favorable conditions or unforeseen delays.
Please understand that an exact settlement date cannot be provided until the Plan of Subdivision has been registered and the Certificate of Occupancy achieved.
We will continue to provide you with updates of key milestones reached and firming up completion timelines.
Current status of works onsite are:
– Window glazing 100% completed
– External wall render and cladding is 90% completed
– Internal wall plastering is 60% completed
– Joinery installation to commence next week
Financing Your Townhouse
Please be aware, due to the current lending changes within Australia, it is extremely important to do your due diligence with regards to financing your townhouse.
Please note: If you are settling with finance, your application should be well underway by now.
We are in Phase Two: Pre-Approval Now
With continually changing market conditions, banks are tightening their lending criteria. Even if you have been pre-approved for a loan, you are encouraged to keep in touch with your bank or broker just to keep abreast of any lending changes that may have recently been implemented.
If you would like your bank or broker informed of valuation access, please advise of their contact details so that they may be included in the email distribution list for valuation access and availability.
Please do not underestimate the amount of time required to complete the finance process to ensure you are organised for a smooth and timely settlement.
