All underground services are complete. All staircases are installed. Bathroom waterproofing is complete, and tiling is in progress. Internal fixing is underway….
Highmont, June 2022
We are pleased to share the construction progress for the Highmont project.
The following is the progress of the works to date for the Highmont project:
- – Entry door and hardware installed
- – Balcony waterproofing 50% finished
- – Balcony balustrade installed 50%
- – Painting for cladding completed 50%
- – Bathroom tiling and internal painting started
Project completion is now forecasted to be achieved by mid to late October 2022.
Settlement is anticipated to be around late November 2022.
Please note that timings are just anticipated at the current stage.
