• Rough-in Completion: All rough-in work has been completed, ensuring essential infrastructure is in place.

• Exterior Cladding: The installation of exterior cladding along the central driveway has been finished, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

• Hebel Installation: The installation of Hebel panels throughout the project has been completed, contributing to improved insulation and energy efficiency.

• Wall Insulation: Wall insulation has been installed, enhancing thermal performance and comfort within the building.

• Balcony Waterproofing: Waterproofing for all balconies has been completed, ensuring durability and protection from the elements.

• Upcoming: Wall Plastering: We are scheduled to commence wall plastering from next week, marking a big step towards the next stages of construction.
