– Concrete driveway and crossovers completed
– External landscape works is 80% completed
– Carpet and appliance installation is to commence soon
– Final fixings and touch ups for internals underway
We are due to organise council inspection for Statement of Compliance once the landscape works is close to completion.
After SoC has been received, we can then lodge for the Plan of Subdivision.
We anticipate settlement to take place during August 2021.
