All underground services are complete. All staircases are installed. Bathroom waterproofing is complete, and tiling is in progress. Internal fixing is underway….
Carrington Hill, May 2021
We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on-site to date for Carrington Hill.
For Building C, we have external cladding and brickwork completed, electrical/ plumbing and Mechanical roughing completed. Garage doors have been installed. The timber floor is also completed.
Building B external cladding and windows are almost complete. Insulation and plastering works are almost completed. Waterproofing and Painting are in progress.
Building A has roof plumbing installed, insulation and plastering works have commenced, external cladding and windows are in progress.
We anticipate construction completion in October / November 2021, and the settlements would take place around November / December 2021. These dates are expected to change due to the uncertainty of the Covid-19 lockdown. However, please rest assured that we are doing everything we can to deliver the project to you as fast as we can.
