– Currently, the building is at the lock-up stage
– Windows have been installed on the ground and first floor.
– Ground floor plaster has been completed, first-floor plaster is half wat through.
Currently anticipated construction completion before Christmas 2019.
In preparation for settlement, we advise all purchaser to start speaking to their bank & broker to organize settlement finance to suit this timeline.
