We are pleased to provide you with the progress achieved on-site so far.
– 90% of the external cladding and rendering have been completed.
– 90% of the glazing & windows have been completed.
– 85% of the electrical, plumbing mechanical works have been completed.
– 50% of the plaster works have been completed.
We are currently expecting the title to be registered by early-mid November and settlement before Christmas 2019.
