Construction:
– Kitchen Joinery has been installed up to 50%
– Plaster works have been completed up to 100%
– Paintworks has been completed up to 50%
– Services works have been completed up to 80%
– The landscape will be expected to finish by next week.
The titles are expected to be registered prior to Christmas 2019
We will be ready for valuer inspection:
– Ground Floor/First Floor: First week of December 2019
– Second/Third/Fourth Floor: Second Week of December 2019
We will be ready for purchaser inspection:
– Ground Floor/First Floor: Second week of Jan 2020
– Second/Third/Fourth Floor: Third week of Jan 2020
We are currently aiming for an early February 2020 settlement at this stage.
