We are pleased to provide you with the progress achieved on-site so far.
Ground floor: Services rough-in and internal sheeting is 80% completed. Windows frames have commenced installing now.
Level 1: Rough-in and internal sheeting is 60% complete.
Level 2: Rough-in and internal sheeting is 50% complete.
Level 3: Rough-in and internal sheeting is 30% complete.
Level 4: Roofing complete, rough-in started.
Currently anticipated construction completion will be late November- early December 2019.
In preparation for settlement, we advise all purchaser to start speaking to their bank & broker to organise settlement finance to suit this timeline.
