We are pleased to provide the progress achieved on-site to date for 1975 Malvern East.
Construction is on track to be completed this week.
Council completed their inspection and now we are waiting for the Statement of Compliance to be issued.
Once this is issued, then we can lodge for the Titles, which can take up to 3 weeks. Our solicitor will advise all purchasers’ solicitors once the Title has been lodged.
After new titles are received, 2 weeks notice in advance will be provided for settlement. Our solicitor will then advise the exact date for settlement. We anticipate this to be around late November to early December.
The pre-settlement inspection is anticipated to take place in 2 weeks time. Our settlement agent will arrange a booking time.
